Amazing hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and kitchenettes. The staff once helped return my forgotten earpods, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean room in the back over looking the green trees and backyards of the area homes.
Very noisey doors when closed wake you up at night. They also missed our wake up call in the morning !

Attentive staff were excellent. Rooms were well laid out and utillised space excellently. Great location 2 minutes walk from earls court station and restaurants/shops. 10 minutes on underground to all attractions. Quiet safe neighbourhood , great choice and excellent value for money. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Location was good
Charged us for another guest's room, twice. This led to an over-charge, not evident on checking out. Later acknowledged and an apology given, however the incident caused significant inconvenience as we were left us without funds on the debit card. An offer of 20% discount for our next stay was given, but we may never return to UK.

Hotel situated in a quiet, but very posh area of London, close to tube station. Very good facilities (especially bath), very friendly, helpful staff at the reception. Internet worked well via tv in the room (was important because of the travel restrictions caused by the volcano). Clearly the best hotel i stayed in in London so far.
It shoud be more clearly marked in the booking process that base2stay is not offering breakfast. Single room a bit small.

Clean and intimate place, has pleasant views over beautiful gardens. It is in amazing and fantastic location to Earl's Court, set close to the hotel. It's in the relatively quiet area which is another bonus.

Great location, good bed, good bathroom, very silent room at back of the hotel. Free wireless connection. Fridge is good. Some complaints, see blow, but over all a good choice in London.
Room wasn't cleaned many times at 4pm. Annoying disturbance when DO not sing was hanging at door. Mostly asking was your room cleaned. This needs to be fixed! Outdated Lcd tv with low resolution, no use for internet. No cups for toothbrush in bathroom. Nowhere to hang hand towels. Gold at winter time. Sheets changed only one time at 9 nights stay.

I liked the good location with the close access to Earl's Court station
I missed a specific parking lot in front of the hotel

Nice, clean hotel, very convenient location near Picadilly Line, courteous staff, comfortable room and bathroom.
An espresso machine in the hall would be a nice addition since there is no breakfast service available. Also the noise from the ventilation system at night was annoying.

The room size suprised myself and my wife and the bathroom was magnificent. The cleanliness of the room was also a bonus, especially coming from the experiences we had previously.
When we sent our laundry off we only recieved half of it back. As the next day we where travelling to Paris I was without fresh underwear. Mearly an inconvenience.

You could not adjust the pressure of the water in the shower

great access to hyde park and nearby museums for leisurely strolls
I found the room quite comfortable, and with Gloucester Road tube station just a few steps away, getting around to landmarks like the Victoria and Albert Museum and Hyde Park was super easy and enjoyable.
